Couples Therapy

Life stressors such as financial worries, stress at work or concerns around children and other family members can put strain on a relationship.  Sometimes this can result in an increase in arguments, a sense of distance between you or infidelity.  

Relationships are also emotional however, which can often mean our communication isn’t at it’s strongest or most rational and can result in a feeling of ‘going around in circles’ despite our whole-hearted attempts at getting back on track. Often couples don’t realise they have different ways of communicating and therapy can support them in exploring this and finding mutually fulfilling ways in meeting one another's needs.  If your relationship is struggling and you feel that therapy may be useful, we are happy to see couples as well as individuals to provide support.
